Description

Charaka and Sushruta have mentioned as kovidara, karbudara and kanchanara, it is very specific to treat vitiated kapha diseases in any region in the body. Acts as Dardugnam, Kanthya, Shothahara, Vranavikara, Galaganda, Arshogna, Madumeha, Anulomana, Grahi, Krimighna, Kushtaghna, Vranaropaka, Mehaghna and Raktapittashamak. Also useful in Kasa, Sawsa, Atisara, Arbhuda, Apache, Pradara. Gandamala naashak in specific action (prabhava) of kanchanara.

Dosage : 1 to 2 tabs TID with lukewarm water, lukewarm milk, lemon water, honey, buttermilk or as directed by the Physician.
