TAXES: All local taxes and levies at your end are to be paid by you.
PRICE LIST: Company reserves the right to revise the prices / discount structure at any
point of time according to the fluctuation of raw material and other input costs.
BILLING: Stocks will be invoiced @ 20% DISCOUNT on MRP Including GST
SCHEME: On order worth above 15,000 20% scheme will be provided
Above 25,000 30% scheme will be provided
Above 35,000 40% scheme will be provided
BUSINESS COMMITMENTS: Orders will be calculated for 6 months.
Reaching the purchasing target of 90,000. an additional stock of MRP 10,000 is Free

SAMPLES: Samples and compliments provided by the company once in three months.
SALES PERFORMANCE: Will be reviewed once every three months
DISPATCHES: Stocks will be dispatched on email orders only within 72 hours of
receipt subject to local holidays and other influencing factors like strikes, cyclones etc.
TRANSPORT: On road trance port will be paid by the pharmacy, if you need the stocks
to be dispatched by courier or a premium transport, the courier charges or the freight
charges will be borne by you.
BREAKAGES, DAMAGES & SHORTAGES: Every care will be taken in packing the
consignments and checked before handing over to the transporters. If the boxes are
received in broken or open or damaged conditions, you should demand for open delivery
and obtain a shortage/damage/breakage certificate and claim with the transporter. The
responsibility of the Company ceases once the consignment is handed over to the
transporters.
REPLACEMENT: Non-moving stocks will be replaced within 6 months period from
the date of invoice & will be done at your cost. Stocks returned for replacement must be
in good condition. Expired / Damaged stocks will not be taken back.
STORAGE OF GOODS: You will stock our goods safely as described in Drugs &
Cosmetics Act and the various schedules there in, on wooden/steel/cement pallets &
slightly away from the walls allowing sufficient space between each product to enable
proper checking & free movement of goods. You have to ensure proper care of the stocks
to avoid damage / potency against explosions / earthquakes / heat / moisture / floods /
pests / Poisonous odour, substances and the goods are kept in saleable conditions.
PAYMENT: Payment to the value of order must be sent with the order to our Bank
