Shallaki helps to remove excess mucus from the lungs and gives relief from the symptoms of asthma because of its vata and kapha balancing properties. Shallaki helps to correct the symptoms of ulcerative colitis because of its grahi (absorbent) and seethala (cold) properties. It helps to thicken the stool and also stops bleeding in the stool.

Dosage : 1 to 2 tabs TID with lukewarm water, lukewarm milk, lemon water, honey, buttermilk or as directed by the Physician.
